4. Deliveries
We aim for fast, reliable delivery. Actual times may vary due to traffic, weather, and merchant prep. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled before a merchant starts preparing them. If an order is already in progress or en route, refunds are handled case-by-case.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform (fraud, abuse, reverse engineering, or interfering with drivers/merchants). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
